How to match two cameras without losing your mind
You shot A-cam on one sensor and B-cam on another. Nobody can tell — until the grade. Here's the fix that always works.
Match the skin first
Forget the chart. Match the skin line. If the faces read as one, the audience believes the whole frame.
Normalize to log
Get both cameras into a common log space before you grade. Two sensors, one starting point, zero arguments.
